DISABILITY

Correctable Genetic Defects

Repairing Natural Defects

Individuals born with correctable genetic defects, come to SDSS and get specialized medical services, surgery, rehabilitation therapy, and education for care and life-skills post treatment.

Debilitating Accidents

Restoring Physical Functions

Emergency medical treatment for accident victims in remote areas often leads to untreated or improperly treated ongoing physical impairments. Amputees are not uncommon.

At SDSS, we receive these people and assist them in restorative treatments, prosthetic services, rehabilitation training, and life-skills needed.

Where governmental services are available, we advocate for their welfare and assist our clients in receiving help they qualify for.

Physiotherapy Services

Long-term Support

Often our client need long-term, frequent assistance with physiotherapy health services – and, many cannot afford such services if available. Our team of healthcare staff includes qualified practitioners who help these clients function and embrace life to their fullest capacity.

When our clients return to their villages, we attend to their needs remotely with followup calls to manage their health and coordinate further treatments when necessary.

Medical Appliances

Practical Help for Life

Often our clients need wheel chairs, prosthetics, braces, and other life enabling appliances to mitigate their physical limitations.

Through our partners, we provide these life-enabling tools for the benefit of the needy among us.
